How to set up my trial for NetNut Residential Proxies?

Will I be billed automatically once the trial period has expired?
Where can I find my credentials?
Username is selected by you upon registration and is available for changing under the “My Profile” section. You also choose the password upon registration, and it is then encrypted in our system, so no one else can see it. You can access “My Profile” to set a new password in case you’ve forgotten it.
How Can I whitelist my IP?
You can access “My Profile” in the dashboard and click on “IP Whitelisting” to whitelist your IP.
How can I add multiple contacts for email alerts and billing?
Through “My Profile” in the dashboard, you can add an address for Alerts and another one for Billing.

How do I handle a 407 error message (Proxy authentication required)?
Encountering a 407 error message means that the client must first authenticate itself with the proxy. Resolving this issue requires adding the requested IPs, which are now refused connection, to the whitelist. For details, Please contact email@example.com

Our pricing plans are on a month-to-month basis; you may change plans from month to month based on your bandwidth needs.
How is bandwidth calculated?
The bandwidth volume for which we bill is the sum of data transmitted to and from the target site: request headers + request data + response headers + response data.
How request are calculated?
In the request-based plans, we charge for successful requests only.
Is the cost structure the same for all countries?
Yes, all countries are charged the same rate per GB.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
How do I register for payment through PayPal?
Under the billing page, select “PayPal” as your payment method. Now you can click the “pay now” button, and you will be redirected automatically to PayPal.
How do I register for payment through credit card?
Under the billing page click on “Credit card” to complete your transaction.
Do I need to log in online to deposit the prepayment funds?
Yes, we send a prepayment billing request to your email which can be completed from the billing page.
What is NetNut pricing model?
NetNut's packages come with a minimum commitment per month, the higher the monthly commitment the lower the price per GB. For example, the Basic plan for residential IPs is a monthly commitment of $300/month and a $15 price per GB above package (20GB). You can find all our plans at our pricing page.
How does your billing cycle work?
Every plan has a 30-day duration, which starts once the plan is active.
Can I have more than one plan at a time?
Yes. To save our users $/GB costs, you can purchase multiple plans every month.
If I bought a Static Residential Proxy plan, can I use Rotating Residential IPs as well?
No. You need to have a Rotating Residential plan in place as well, and vice-versa.
What kind of plans do you offer?
We offer plans based either on Bandwidth or Successful Requests.
Do you offer long-term plans?
Yes. We’re offering 3\6\12 month plans. Please contact our sales team for more information.
What is the time zone used for payment cycles?
What happens when my usage goes beyond my minimum account commitment?
When you have used 85% of your plan during a billing cycle, you will receive an email notifying you that your plan is about to exceed its balance.
You can purchase a new plan which will automatically activate and adjust the starting date once the old plan has reached the bandwidth limit.
Please note that your account will continue to operate until you have used 100% of your plan balance. Once you have used 100% of your plan’s bandwidth, your plan will be suspended unless another plan is bought in advance. We recommend activating the "auto-renewal" option to keep your plans active and working at all times.
Are there any pricing differences by country?
No, we charge either by bandwidth or amount of requests regardless of the target country.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and Wire Transfers.
Can I get a refund?
Prior to purchasing a plan, we offer a 7-day trial so you can fully maximize the potential of our proxy network (and making sure we're a good fit 😉).
Although we do not offer a refund, we are willing to consider a refund request according to the plan's usage.
I bought a Residential Proxies plan. Can I use Datacenter IPs as well?
No. You’ll need to purchase a Datacenter proxies plan as well to use Datacenter IPs.

Are scraping and crawling considered as an acceptable use case?
We allow you to use our service, provided you are using it for legal and legitimate uses and in compliance with our license agreement. It is up to you to make sure that the way you use the service complies with the laws applicable in your country.
